How It Works:

  • Purchase a prepaid block of 10, 25, or 50 support hours.
  • Credits can be used for any eligible support requests or tickets.
  • Time is deducted based on actual effort spent on each ticket, with a minimum deduction of 30 minutes per ticket.

  • All support credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
