What is EAM & CMMS?
Enterprise asset management (EAM) is a combination of software, systems and services used to maintain and control the quality of operational assets and equipment. The aim is to optimize the quality and utilization of assets throughout their lifecycle, increase productive uptime and reduce operational costs.
Enterprise asset management software is a computer software that handles every aspect of running a public works or asset-intensive organization. Enterprise asset management (EAM) software applications include features such as asset life-cycle management, preventive maintenance scheduling, warranty management, integrated mobile wireless handheld options and portal-based software interface.
EAM is often associated with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), but a closer look at EAM versus CMMS reveals they are different. A CMMS can be one aspect of EAM. It focuses on centralizing information to facilitate and automate maintenance management processes. EAM is an asset lifecycle management approach that supports asset performance from acquisition to disposal.

Which browsers can I use to access Keyway EAM?
We support the latest version of following browsers:

Change your password through Keyway EAM website:
1. Upon logged-in, click on your name icon and select the “Change Password” button.
2. Key in your new password and request for the OTP Code by clicking the “GET CODE” button. Then, click on the “SUBMIT” button. That’s all, your new password is all set!
Change your password through Keyway EAM mobile application:
1. Upon signed in, click on the double line at top-left corner.
2. Next, click on the “Settings”
3. Under Settings, choose the “User Profile” for account management and password changing.
4. Then click on the triple dots on the top-right corner.
5. Select “Change Password”.
6. You’re already at the final step! Key in your new password and hit “Save”. You're all done with the new password setting.

Registration

1. First step, visit to Keyway website for registration. Select the “Pricing” button

2. Choose the desired plan that fits your business. Try it free for one month!
3. Upon selection, you will be redirected to a registration page. Just fill in the needed information and click on the “SIGN UP” button to get started with Keyway EAM system.

Logging-in:

After signing up, you can now log in to the Keyway EAM website and application (after downloading it).

1. For website login, go to the same Keyway website and click on the “Log In” button on top-right corner.

2. Then fill in the registered mobile number for logging in. You may choose to log-in with the OTP code or through password; either way will do.
3. The same way applies for mobile application log-in, you just need to install the application in prior.

Logging-out:

1. To log out from the website, just click on your icon and select “Log Out”

2. To log out from the mobile application, press on the double-line on the top-left corner in the application.
3. Click on “Settings”
4. Choose “Sign Out”
1. To create work requests with Keyway Website, click on the “Submit Work Request” under “Maintenance”, fill in the details and hit the “SUBMIT WORK REQUEST” button.
2. To create work requests through Keyway EAM application, click on the “+” button.
3. Fill in the details of work order and submit it by clicking on the “Create” button.
